To get started, you choose a pricing plan that suites you best and proceed with payment.

Our payment processor is Paystack which is a PCI-certified, auditor certified, PCI Service Provider Level 1 - the highest certification level.

Afterwhich, we will schedule a call with you to share more information about your plan, our e-commerce store management services, answer any questions you might have and request for the credentials we need to set up your dashboard(s).

Once your dashboard is set, we will grant you access and start fulfilling the services in the plan you've subscribed to.

After which, you just have to seat, relax while we take care of e-commerce store.

Once you choose a membership plan and make payment, we contact you to get necessary information about your store. Next we set up your order manager dashboard and inventory tracker dashboards and provide you with a customer service line and other features necessary to facilitate an efficient service delivery. And then you're go to go. It usually takes 3 days to set up.

Every client is given a number they can paste on their ads. And when customers can inquiring about the products, needing help, or to track their order or process a refund, there is always someone standing by to help.
